– Hacking or related malicious activities

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these activities. Participation in any prohibited activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund. If deemed necessary, we may involve law enforcement authorities.

2. Child Pornography:

Discovery of child pornography on any services provided by Rudra Tech Software’s will result in immediate termination of your account without refund. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities worldwide and assist in seeking charges against offenders.

3. Malicious Activities:

Hacking, denial of service attacks, distributed denial of service attacks, sniffing, spoofing, password cracking, or similar malicious activities are strictly prohibited on or through our services. Rudra Tech Software’s reserves the right to determine the nature of such activities. Participation in any of these activities will lead to immediate termination of services without refund. We may involve law enforcement authorities if necessary.

4. Backup Restoration:

In the event of account cancellation or suspension due to non-payment, data recovery requests will incur a charge. While we generally keep backups for 30 days post-cancellation, we provide no guarantees regarding backup availability beyond this period.

5. Web Hosting Services:

Our web hosting services are subject to strict resource usage restrictions to ensure server integrity, security, and performance. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination without refund. Key restrictions include:
– Limitations on system resource usage
– Restrictions on the number of opened files and emails sent
– Prohibition of certain activities such as running web spiders/indexers, bit-torrent/P2P applications, and public file exchange services

6. Disk Usage Provision:

The majority of content on your website must be freely accessible via HTML or similar coding. Additionally, downloadable files, media, or any content exceeding 500kb must not exceed 10% of your total disk quota.

7. WordPress Usage & Modules:

WordPress caching modules are not permitted on shared or reseller hosting services due to potential server overload issues. These modules are only allowed on VPS or dedicated hosting plans.

8. Unlimited Hosting:

Our unlimited hosting service is intended for hosting websites and does not extend to online storage, backups, or archiving of electronic files. Accounts with excessive files or database usage may impact server performance and may be subject to reduction or termination by Rudra Tech Software’s.

9. Email Space for Unlimited Plans:

Unlimited hosting plans are not intended for storing corporate email accounts. Companies utilizing corporate email IDs should consider transferring to our Email Hosting Plan or using email applications to free server space.
